| Hinwick house is it true National treasure, this grade one listed stately home is located on the borders of the counties of Northamptonshire in Bedfordshire. In its 312 year history, Hinwick house has had very few owners . It was the family seat of the Orlebar family , hinwick has remained in the hands of the Olivars from 1710 for a period of close to 300 years. As the family moved on the house was sold to a series of owners who were then interested with its upkeep in December 2014, Hinwick house was purchased by the Singh family looking to relocate the principal family home, a decision was made that a detailed program of restoration and sympathetic renovation will be undertaken to restore the house to original glory. With over 50,000 ft.² of covered area and ground state extended over 40 acres, to restore and renovate, such a large property was not a task for the faint hearted, the Singh family sat about the task of restoring Hinwick house to its former glory and the team of over 200. Skilled craftsmen and artisans from over seven different trades were deployed at the house. Sam Singh has phoned memories of word, was probably the most ambitious and aggressively deemed renovation ever have a great one house in the UK.
